Hosted by Friends of Inscape, Inscape Outside is a celebration of the Inscape Arts building’s past, present, and future, and the creative community cultivated in and around this meaningful historic site. Gather with us out on the patios for multi-media exhibitions and site specific installations, as well as music and refreshments.

This year’s reception for the High Wall – a series of outdoor video projections visible after dusk – with work by artists Otts Bolisay, Tony Ortega, Samantha Manion-Chavez, curated by Strange Fire Collective.
In Studio #102: An art exhibition that brings together the history of Chinese immigrants navigating a new land and building railroad through the mountains with contemporary diasporic expressions of ecology in the place we live in. Featuring the work of Juliet Shen and Aaliyah Gupta, with the film Gum Saan to Golden Spike and KingDOOM graphic novel from the DeclarASIANS lab group from UW American Ethnic Studies led by Dr. Connie So.
A dance party from 7-midnight featuring sound selectors Enah, Sho-Nuph (Soulectro), Black Velveteen (Studio 4/4, Caravan), and visuals by Katami Art
