The Woolgatherer is a romantic comedy, the story of two lonely people who come together despite their better instincts. Rose is a shy young salesgirl haunted by fears real and imagined; Cliff is an overworked truck driver who masks his life frustrations with beer, drugs and jokes. Cliff is just looking for a one-night stand, and when Rose reveals just how fragile and vulnerable she is, he runs away as fast as he can. The story could end there, but Rose is not easy to forget.

Run time: Approximately 2 hours, including one intermission.
